Mia Simone Davis
Mia is 18 years old and a 2024 Logan High School graduate. She is the owner of Mia’s Kitchen on wheels and catering service. Her catering and pop-up business has been responsible for the delicious food served at Juneteenth since 2021, Artspire since 2021, and Pride in the Park. Mia is the two-year Big Brother Big Sister Catering for Kids' sake winner. Mia has definite plans for growing and expanding Mia's Kitchen. 

 

Mia plans to continue learning about the preparation of foods from different cultures. Ultimately, she’d like to travel and be able to prepare authentic recipes during her foreign travels. Her goal is to have successful restaurants worldwide. Her passion for social justice will motivate her drive to be an activist and all-around entrepreneur. 

 

This culinary venture stands as a shining example of the incredible potential of young entrepreneurs. What began as a vision of a 15-year-old has swiftly evolved into an upcoming thriving food truck business in just 3 years. It serves as an inspiration to all and a testament to the impact of hard work and dedication. Through my different flavorful creations, Mia's Kitchen will satisfy hunger and nourish the spirit of the community she serves.
