Meet Chaya
Hi, I’m Chaya, the owner of Couture Creations and the baker behind Mia’s Kitchen! I’m 20 years old and a proud graduate of Logan High School. My love for baking started in childhood, learning cherished recipes from my mom and grandma, which inspired me to start my own business creating delicious treats and drinks.
Beyond baking, I’m deeply committed to my community. I founded Black Student Leaders in middle school—a student-led organization dedicated to creating a safe space for kids of color—and continue to serve as its president. I also work as a community health worker, striving to make a positive impact every day.
My passion for baking doesn’t stop at people—I also love making special treats for dogs, inspired by my own pup, Souchi! From homemade dog treats to custom cakes, I believe every furry friend deserves something delicious too.
For me, food is more than just something we eat—it’s a way to bring people together, create memories, and spread love. Every bite from Couture Creations and Mia’s Kitchen is made with passion, tradition, and a touch of creativity. I can’t wait to share my journey and treats with you! -
